We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register for a Zombacus account. This information is for functionality purposes only and is not disclosed to any other entities other than yourself and Zombacus apart from your username and country which is displayed publicly on the website.

TLDR? - Internet Protocol and browser/device; dont threat, these are collected when you access any website as it is used to resolve the webpage to your connection/device and log any errors that occur.
We automatically collect your Internet Protocal address and browser/device in order for our servers to resolve the request to produce the wanted webpage for your current session, this is a basic standard of how webpages work on the internet.
We keep error log entries on our server whenever an error occurs, this can record a variety of information depending on the type of error which is used to help debug the error(s).

TLDR? - Zombacus uses Google Analytics and Google Adsense which track usage, device and location data.

Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage and performance information that third-party services automatically collect when you access or use Zombacus. Depending on the interaction this information can be device/browser information, and website activity such as time spent on a page or what pages have been viewed.

Third-party services will collect device & browser data such as computer, phone, tablet or any other devices you use to access Zombacus with.

2. How do we use your information?
TLDR? - Account creation, moderation, statistics, feedback and improving the website to your needs.
Zombacus will only ever use your information for website functionality purposes. This consists of:
To facilitate account creation and login process
Your account will only consist of the information you have given us such as Username, Email and Password, your country is resolved via your Internet Protocol upon registration.
This information is stored securely and is used to log you into your account. The information that you give us can also be edited by yourself at anytime. In an event where you cannot do it yourself you can contact us via the form, or via email at [email protected].
We like to be open and public about the traffic we receive on Zombacus, so we display some of our statistical data (which is kept anonymous) which is recorded via google analytics such as page views per month, page views by features and page views per country. These are subject to change as this section gets expanded on.
Zombacus is a community driven website, its features and functionality rely heavily on feedback given by users so that we know we are providing a helpful and beneficial user experience.

5. What is our stance on third-party websites?
TLDR? - We are not responsible for the companies that show up in the adverts provided by Google Adsense.
Zombacus may contain adverts provided by Google Adsense, but we are not responsible for what is displayed in said adverts, nor the product/service of what is being advertised. If you have any issues you need to contact the company in subject, or Google themselves depending on the scenario.
6. How long do we keep your information?
TLDR? - Your information is bound to your account, which will be removed upon deletion of your account.
Account information is bound to your account and will remain on said account permanently, unless you specifically request for your account to be deleted off of our servers. Please note that doing this will free up your accounts username. 7. How do we keep your information safe?
TLDR? - Encryption.
Only you can see your personal information such as emails, if a staff member needs to contact you via email, our systems will grab your email from our server automatically without the interference of anyone accessing your email.
Passwords are encrypted in our servers. In the events that there is ever a data breach, we will notify users via our Twitter/Discord/Homepage, be sure to never use the same password on more than one website to maximise security!
8. What are your privacy rights?
TLDR? - In some reigons such as the EEA and UK you have rights that allow you to have greater access and control to your information. You may review, change or terminate your account at any time.
